PROJECT MANAGER
A.J. Virgilio Construction is currently searching for a project manager. The Project Manager directly manages the Superintendents, and has the authority delegated by the Construction Manager to possess full authority over all construction projects assigned under his or her supervision including to make decisions and to act in order to satisfy the PM responsibilities and duties.

An Estimator at AJ Virgilio Construction reviews and analyzes the plans, specifications, addendums, vendor proposals, subcontractor proposals, relevant construction documents to prepare labor, materials, equipment, costs and durations, preparing estimates for bidding earthwork, bridges, highways, drainage, sewer, water and utility construction projects.
